Poem/Prayer: 'EARTH SYNERGY 2000'
 DANISH

English Original:

 EARTH
 SYNERGY
 2000:
'A
Giant Leap
for Humankind'
 On Earth Day 2000, /
 nations of the world
.....come together as one, /
in body, mind and spirit, /
..... to stand in reverence
.....before the rest /
 of the bio-diverse citizens
.....and elements /
of our living planet Gaia, /
 to take full responsibility /
 for past and present
 ....environmental destruction, /
 and to lovingly commit /
a conscious synergy of efforts /
 to rescue and heal,
.....conserve and exalt, /
 our Mother Earth. //

 This is a giant leap
.....for Humankind /
 right back to the bosom
.....of our home planet, /
 undoubtedly a euphoric
.....historic event /
that heralds a new way of life
.....for all Earthlings, /
as we enter the new millennium. //

 Amen.  ///

EARTH SYNERGY 2000:
'Et Gigantisk skridt
 for enneskeheden'.
 Paa "Jord" Dag 2000, /
finder verdens nationer sammen som en, /
i krop, sjael og kraft, /
for at staa i aerboedighed foran resten  /
af de bio-forskellige borgere og elementer  /
paa vores levende planet Gaia, /
for at tage fuldt ansvar  /
 for tidligere og nuvaerende milijoemaessige
     oedelaeggelser,  /
og for at kaerligt forpligte /
en bevidst synergi af indsats  /
for at redde og kurere, bevare og forstaerke  /
 vores "Moder Jord"  //

Dette er et gigantisk skridt for menneskeheden  /
helt tilbage til vores hjemme planets skoed /
utaenkelig en euforisk historisk begivenhed /
som forkynder en ny maade at leve paa for hele
    jordens befolkning  /
mens vi traedder ind i et nyt aartusinde. //

Amen.  ///
